Full Event Disclaimer – Food Allergies, Parking, Liability, Media, and
Other Terms
By proceeding with payment and confirming your participation in this event,
you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:
Food Allergies and Dietary Restrictions:
The meals and dishes served during this event may contain or come into
contact with common allergens, including but not limited to peanuts, tree
nuts, dairy, eggs, wheat, soy, sesame, shellfish, and gluten. While we strive
to follow safe food handling practices, we cannot guarantee an allergenfree environment. It is the sole responsibility of each attendee to assess
their own dietary needs and take necessary precautions.
Vehicle Parking:
Parking may be available to attendees for convenience. However, event
organizers, sponsors, and venue owners are not liable for any damage to or
loss of vehicles, theft of personal belongings, or accidents that occur in or
around the parking area. Attendees are responsible for securing their
vehicles and belongings and exercising caution when entering or exiting the
premises.
General Liability Waiver:
Attendance at this event is voluntary and at your own risk. By participating,
you hereby release and hold harmless the event organizers, volunteers,
sponsors, vendors, and venue from any liability, claims, or demands for any
injury, illness, damage, or loss (including from food consumption, physical
activities, or the use of the premises) that may arise during or as a result of
your participation.
Parents or legal guardians assume full responsibility for the safety and
behavior of any minors they accompany.
Photography, Videography, and Media Release:
This event may be filmed, photographed, or recorded for documentation,
promotional use, and media distribution, including but not limited to online
platforms, social media, print, and broadcasts. By attending, you consent
to the capture and use of your likeness, image, or voice in these materials
without compensation or prior notice.
If you prefer not to appear in any media, please inform an organizer in
advance. We will do our best to accommodate such requests, but cannot
guarantee exclusion in group or public footage.
Code of Conduct:
We are committed to providing a safe, inclusive, and respectful
environment for all attendees. Disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate behavior
will not be tolerated. The organizers reserve the right to remove individuals
who violate this expectation without notice or refund.
Refund Policy:
All ticket sales and payments are final and non-refundable, unless the
event is cancelled by the organizers. Refunds will not be provided for noshows, late arrivals, or schedule changes due to unforeseen
circumstances. Please ensure your availability before completing payment.
Acceptance of Terms:
By checking the acknowledgment box and submitting your payment, you
confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the above terms and
conditions in full.
